Available payment methods：Cash,Credit Card（Reservation requires a temporary authorization of the amount at the time of booking, and the payment will be finalized after the treatment is completed.）

Delivery of Services：Services will be provided on the date and time specified at the time of reservation.
 
Timing of Payment：Payment will be made at the time of the service.
 
Cancellations：

Cancellations due to customer circumstances will be handled based on the following policy.

Please make cancellations by 7:30 p.m. (end of business hours) three days before the appointment date.

Cancellation Fees
The following cancellation fees will apply:

• Up to 2 days before the appointment: 25% of the reserved menu price

• The day before the appointment: 50% of the reserved menu price

• The day of the appointment: 80% of the reserved menu price

• No-shows: 100% of the reserved menu price

Refunds / Changes：

Refunds cannot be issued after services have been rendered.

If you wish to change your appointment time,
please do so at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time.

Changes made within 3 hours of the appointment will incur a ¥3,000 change fee.
