Payment is required at the time the reservation is made

Cancellations due to customer circumstances will be handled based on the following policy.

Please make cancellations by 7:00 p.m. (end of business hours) three days before the appointment date.

Cancellation Fees
The following cancellation fees will apply:

• Up to 2 days before the appointment: 25% of the reserved menu price

• The day before the appointment: 50% of the reserved menu price

• The day of the appointment: 80% of the reserved menu price

• No-shows: 100% of the reserved menu price

Refunds cannot be issued after services have been rendered.

If you wish to change your appointment time,
please do so at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time.

Changes made within 3 hours of the appointment will incur a ¥2,000 change fee.
