Our salon operates on a complete reservation system. Please note that fees will apply for any changes or cancellations to your appointment.

 

■ For Appointment Changes

You may change your reservation up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time.
If a change is made after this period, a ¥3,000 change fee will be charged.

■ For Cancellations

Cancellations must be made by 7:30 p.m. (our business closing time) three days prior to your appointment date.

Cancellation Fees
The following cancellation fees will apply:

• Up to 2 days before the appointment: 25% of the reserved service fee

• The day before the appointment: 50% of the reserved service fee

• The day of the appointment: 80% of the reserved service fee

• No-shows: 100% of the reserved service fee

 

■ Late Arrivals

If you arrive 15 minutes late without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show.
Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened session or the inability to provide the service on the same day.

 

■ Additional Notes

For reservations paid in advance, we will refund the amount minus the applicable cancellation fee (refund processing fees are the customer’s responsibility).
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future reservations.
